PKForge is licensed under GPLv3 or later. Its source repository includes the license and detailed attribution.

The screenshots show PKForge’s interface and the artwork displayed inside it. Pokemon sprites, names and game artwork retain their respective rights and credits.
- Pokemon sprites and ribbon artwork come through PKHeX; item art comes from PokeAPI.
- Interface icons include work from game-icons.net under CC BY 3.0, including Lorc, Delapouite, Guard13007 and Carl Olsen. The emulator-menu illustrations shown in the linking screenshot include Delapouite’s work.
- Game-library artwork includes SteamGridDB community contributions with their own source credits.
